I looked for weeks for the right wagon. My daughter (5 years old) is going through multiple rounds of chemo and I needed something to help her get around, and to haul stuff to and from the hospital. This seemed to have all of the features I wanted - a canopy, push / pull options, storage, and most importantly, a tailgate so she could stretch out. That tailgate option cost over $100 more, but worth it for our needs. This wagon arrived very quickly. Can't fault them for shipping time. It went downhill from there. The handle broke as soon as I opened it. Just popped right off. I looked inside where it broke and could see where the plastic had split. Seems like it was already broken as there was zero strain, no real snap or anything, just fell apart in my hands. Once opened, I realized this was not the wagon I ordered. It did not have a tailgate, and it did not have the storage. This was the much cheaper version of what i had ordered. Beyond disappointed, I went to return this only to be informed that I would have to pay for and arrange shipping. I tried to contact the seller, was referred back to Amazon customer service. After two days and multiple representatives, Amazon refunded me for the wagon. Thank you, Amazon. I can now purchase something functional and donate this to someone who has the time and energy to fix it.
